Beer We Go, Twins! Summit Brewing Celebrates Twins Home Opener
Baseball is back!
After yet another uncertain year, baseball has finally returned and the Minnesota Twins are coming home. On Friday, April 8 the Twins will take on the Seattle Mariners for their 2022 Home Opener at Target Field, and Summit Brewing will be in attendance. This year, we’ll even have a new beer to celebrate!
Last year, Summit Brewing and the Twins joined together in an elevated partnership that named Summit an “Official Craft Beer” and the “Official Hometown Craft Beer” of the team. This monumental partnership also allowed us to take over the open-air bar in the left outfield, now known as the Summit Brewing Pub. Finally, the agreement also provided us with the rights to use Twins trademarks across our multi-state territory.
All of this helped pave the way for our latest celebration of the relationship – the release of Summit Twins Pils. A rebrand of our award-winning Keller Pils dressed in the Twin’s logo and iconic baby blues, this beer showcases the best of both businesses and truly embodies the belief of “One Team. One Territory.”
Of course, Summit Twins Pils will be at Target Field for the home opener alongside our other brews. Twins Pils will be pouring on draught at all Summit portables, Drafts at 34 and other select locations throughout the stadium. It will also be available in and other concession stands, including “The Market.” This open-air market is new to Target Field this year and located beyond left field. Fans can enjoy Summit Extra Pale Ale, Summit Sága IPA, Summit Slugfest Juicy IPA and Summit Cabin Crusher Kölsch-Style Ale with Lime in 16oz cans or on draught at select locations throughout the stadium as well.
So, swing by the Summit Brewing Pub, grab your Summit beer of choice and cheer on our beloved home team! Beer we go, Twins! Beer we go!
Summit Twins Pils is available year-round outside of Target Field. Find it in 12-packs of 12oz cans at most retailers, 16oz cans at select venues and on draught at select bars, pubs and restaurants throughout Summit’s five-state distribution territory.
