Join us at the Summit Ratskeller, the best place to enjoy brewery-fresh beer, conversation and community in Saint Paul. Food trucks are on site most open days. You are welcome to bring in your own food or snacks or grab delivery or take-out from one of our featured local restaurant partners! We also have a few snacks available for purchase. The Summit Ratskeller is a surcharge and tip free establishment, plus our beer prices include all taxes. GUESTS
All ages are welcome in the beer hall! But, if you want a beer you will be carded so don’t forget your government-issued photo ID. If you have a large group, no reservations are needed. However, it doesn’t hurt to email frontdesk@summitbrewing.com just so we’re prepared.
DOGS
Well behaved dogs are allowed on the patio only. No pets are allowed indoors.
FOOD
We have Firesticks Pretzels, T-Rex Cookies and Highland Popcorn available for purchase. Food trucks are on site most open days. You are welcome to bring in your own food or snacks. If you’d like to order in, we’ve got a list of local restaurants that deliver here.
