Brewed Collaboratively. Enjoyed Collectively.
Seven brewers, seven malts and seven hops. In Summit Twenty-One IPA, seven brewers came together to craft a bold IPA, each bringing forward one malt and one hop. Lightly golden in color with an abundant white, creamy head, it has a big bitter and effervescent mouthfeel with a dry, clean finish. It hits all 21 marks of a big, balanced IPA.
In the world of craft beer, the India Pale Ale is king. But just like a kingdom, or a deck of cards, a beer is only as good as the sum of its parts. With Summit Twenty-One IPA, we’ve got a fully stacked winner. With huge aromas of bright citrus and bold pine from the Amarillo and Chinook hops, Twenty-One has an intense hop presence that is complimented by the complex malt build. Life may be a gamble, but drinking a Summit shouldn’t be.
