‘Twas the eve of November
And all through the brewery,
Not a creature was stirring
There was no foolery.

The malts and the hops
Were all sorted with care,
In hopes that Summit brewers
Would soon be there.

To soak them and mash them
And turn them to beer,
So they could soon bring drinkers
All sorts of cheer.

With temperatures cooling
And the dropping of leaves,
They knew there was only
One brew they could be.

One made with malts,
Toasted and sweet.
With flavors of coffee,
Cherry and caramel treats.

And so, we’re here
To share their tale,
Of becoming the beloved
Summit Winter Ale.
