#FASSFRIDAY Returns to Summit Ratskeller

Hear, ye! Hear ye! Summit Brewing Co. has a special announcement to make. As of December 2021, #FassFridays will return!

That’s right! Once again, the first Friday of every month will be Fass Friday at the Summit Ratskeller!

Fass Fridays first began back in September 2018 as a celebration of the tradition of brewing. In case you weren’t familiar, Fass kegs are kegs used to serve unfiltered, naturally carbonated beer taken directly from a fermenter to your glass. In other words, an ode to how brewing used to be done.

Of course, when we had to shut down in March of 2020 we lost this tradition. But, we’re now officially bringing it back starting with beloved Summit Keller Pils!
