Winter Ale is Here!

Well, the leaves are no longer orange and yellow around here and now are more of a sad brown; suddenly, the sun sets before 7 now, and if you listen closely, you can hear the sound of “All I Want for Christmas is You” getting louder and louder each passing day. It sure feels like fall has passed, and winter is here, minus the snow, of course. 

While that sounds pretty bleak, the good news is our Winter Ale is already canned, packaged, and has been shipped to retailers and pubs near you. It’s here to conquer the best and worst of the coming winter months. It’s balanced by roasted and pale malts. This brew is based on the British Winter Warmer style, and its toasted malt flavor mixes with hints of espresso, caramel, and black cherry for a velvety smooth finish. We can’t guarantee it will help with everything winter has to offer, like awkward convos with family members around the holidays or clearing your driveway of snow, but we can guarantee that it will warm you up and keep you satisfied during the chilly winter months.

With the Holidays fast approaching, our winter ale’s floral, spicy, bready, and sweet notes make it perfect to pair with any holiday staple like a roasted ham or turkey. Some non special occasion meals and food you can pair with it are some hearty stews and soups or if your feeling fancy, some soft and smoked cheeses from a charcuterie spread.
