Patio Season = Warm Weather & Beer Releases.

We’re kicking Patio season off with a bunch of Ratskeller releases over the next couple of weeks! After a long but thankfully mild winter, it’s finally time to swap out that puffer jacket for shorts and get outside to soak up some sun. At Summit Brewing, we know that there’s no better way to enjoy the warm weather than with a cold, crisp, and crushable beer in hand. That’s why we’re excited to announce that we’re dropping a number of beers in the Ratskeller over the next couple of days!

First up, we have our Belgian Dubbel, which is currently on tap. This Belgian Dubbel is nothing short of a malty masterpiece! Dive into layers of flavor with warm notes of gingerbread, sweet caramel, aromatic spices, and a hint of fruitcake.

Next, we have two Crushers making a triumphant return, Cabin Crusher Lemon and Lake Crusher Mixed Berry. These Kölsch-style ales are brewed to be low in alcohol but high in drinkability, making them the perfect beers for the warm weather.

Finally, on “Mai” 9th, we’ll be tapping a cult classic, Maibock. Our Summit Maibock Blonde Bock is a traditional German-style Bock. Brewed with traditional Moravian 37 malts. The same malt we use in our Oktoberfest. It’s also brewed with some Czech Saaz hops and offers drinkers a toasted sweetness and spicy finish.

So, what are you waiting for? Head to the Ratskeller and try out our three new crushable beers. With their refreshing flavors and low alcohol content, they’re the perfect way to soak up the sun, enjoy the crisp spring breeze, and enjoy the warm weather. We’ll see you on the patio!
