We have Firesticks Pretzels and T-Rex Cookies available for purchase. Food trucks are on site most open days. You are welcome to bring in your own food or snacks or grab delivery or take-out from one of our featured local restaurant partners!
The Summit Ratskeller is a surcharge and tip free establishment, plus our beer prices include all taxes.

Summit Beer fun begins at the Summit Ratskeller! In addition to our beer hall, in the warm months we have a bluff-side patio. Leashed, well-behaved pets are welcome on the patio.

Hours
Thursday and Friday 3 – 9 PM and Saturday 12 – 9 PM – We are closed major holidays including Memorial Day, July 4th, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day & New Years Day.
Guests
All ages are welcome in the beer hall! But, if you want a beer you will be carded so don’t forget your government-issued photo ID. If you have a large group, no reservations are needed. However, it doesn’t hurt to email [email protected] just so we’re prepared.
Dogs
Dogs are allowed on the patio only. No pets are allowed indoors.
Food

Tours
Tours are offered at 11 AM and 2 PM on Saturdays. Each guided tour is $12 and includes a guided tasting of four of our award-winning beers.
