Join our friends from the Mississippi Market Co-op at the Summit Ratskeller for a curated food and beer pairing featuring fresh cheeses from St. Paul’s West 7th St. Mississippi Market Co-Op. Learn all about the delicious considerations that go into matching the right beer to the right cheese, and then, you know, eat the cheese and drink the beer. It’ll be neat. Here are the pairings:
- Summit Dark Infusion with Cahill’s Porter Cheese, a cheese infused with porter.
- Summit Skip Rock paired with citrus ginger Bellavitano by Sartori.
- Summit Keller Pils paired with Prairie Breeze White Cheddar.
