After a bitterly lengthy and cold January and before a lingering and agonizingly teasing March there is a brief respite from winter. Girl Scout Cookie season.
That’s right, the time has come again for Thin Mints, Caramel De-Lites and Peanut Butter Patties to once again grace our pantries and delight our appetites.
In honor of their return, Summit Brewing Company is hosting a special pairing event. From 1 – 5 p.m. on Saturday, Feb. 29 experience your favorite beer matched with its perfect cookie companion, or try a new brew and treat. Girl Scout Cookies will also be available for order during the event. Take a break from winter and a bite out of something sweet!
