Hook and Ladder Theater & Lounge Hosts Morel Feast for 4th Annual Spring Fundraiser – Sponsored by Summit Brewing Co.

For their 4th annual spring fundraiser, the Hook and Ladder Theater & Lounge is hosting a Morel Feast. Guests will enjoy seven fresh morel mushroom dishes created by local chefs. Live music will be provided by Mill City Hot Club and Summit Brewing will be on hand serving beer!

The menu includes:

  • Mushroom Powder Sourdough, with a Green Garlic Ricotta, Morel Ragu, Pea Puree, and Pea Shoots by Chef Horton of St. Genevieve.
  • Morel Ravioli with St. Paul Brewing’s Crook’s Haven Porter Alfredo by Chef Parella of St Paul Brewing.
  • Black Truffle Polenta, Morel Mushroom Ragu, Tallegio and Wild Leeks by Chef Kyndberg of Cossetta’s.
  • Surprise Preparation by Chef Sherman of Owamni.
  • Steak and Morel Tacos with Masa Tortillas (for our gluten free guests and a ‘morels only’ option for our vegetarian guests) by Chef Samuelson of The Hook.
  • Morel Mini Tarts  by Chef Ramirez of Arepa Bar.
  • A Morel Zabaione with Spring Herb Tuile by Chef Sahoury of Can Can Wonderland.

Cocktails and snacks begin at 6 p.m. and dinner starts at 7 p.m. Tickets are $100 and can be purchased online.
