Featuring one-of-a-kind, exclusive beers and collaborative music programming thanks to the Minnesota Music Coalition, plus food trucks, Trivia Mafia, and plenty of giveaways and other special events, we kindly request that you mark your calendars and join us for the celebration. Thursday, July 12
- SPECIAL EVENT: The Grand Reopening of the Summit Ratskeller kicks off at 2 p.m.!
- LIVE MUSIC from 6–8 p.m.: The MN Music Coalition presents Amanda Standalone, a folk and blues artist.
- SPECIAL BEER: Summit Ratskeller Exclusive #1: a super-limited, super-aromatic 8.2% ABV unfiltered IPA clocking in at 70 IBU with notes of grapefruit and orange peel.
- Food Truck: Blue Fire Pizza
Friday, July 13
- SPECIAL EVENT: The Grand Reopening of the Summit Ratskeller continues at 2 p.m.!
- LIVE MUSIC from 6–8 p.m.: The MN Music Coalition presents The High 48s, a bluegrass band.
- SPECIAL BEER: Summit Ratskeller Exclusive #2: another super-limited, super-aromatic unfiltered IPA, this one weighing in at 7.5% ABV and 60 IBU with big dank and fruity notes of mango, clementine, apricot, pineapple and bubblegum.

Saturday, July 14
- SPECIAL EVENT: Our Grand Reopening Festivities continue with more exclusive beers, great food and a special Summit-themed round of Trivia Mafia.
- SPECIAL BEER: Summit Ratskeller Exclusive #3: a limited, roasty and smoky brown ale with 5.1% ABV, 42 IBU and notes of maple syrup, light roasted coffee, graham cracker, spice and wood.
- Food Truck: The Salsa Spot

Sunday, July 15
- We’re open Sundays now! Every Sunday 12–6 p.m., with tours at 1 and 3 p.m.
