Brewery Tours
Witness the miracle of brewing.
We’d love to give you a free tour of our place (and samples of our brews, of course). All brewery tours require a reservation, and tours fill up quickly – especially Saturdays. There’s a 10 person maximum per group. At this time, we’re unable to offer private tours.
No Sandals Please:
For safety and health reasons, open-toed shoes are not allowed on tour.
Closed: April 27, May 25, July 4, August 31, September 7, November 28, 29 & 30, December 24 & 26.
How to Book a Tour:
- Tour reservations can be made up to 4 weeks in advance and tour spots are released every Monday at 9am.
- Tour slots are released incrementally over 4 weeks, which means, more space is always released on Mondays. So if your date appears to be full, check back next Monday!
- If we receive cancellations, those dates will open online again. We do not keep a waiting list, so visit the calendar often.
- You must have a reservation. Walk-ins are not accommodated.
- To modify or cancel an existing reservation, contact tours@summitbrewing.com.

Tuesday, Thursday and Friday at 1:00pm
Saturday at 10:30am, 1:00pm, and 3:30pm (except holiday weekends).
Tours last approx. 90 mins.

A pioneer in craft beer (hey, that rhymes), Summit EPA has been gracing the pint glasses of serious brew lovers since 1986. Bronze color. Gold medal-winning flavor. With caramel, biscuity malts superbly balanced with an earthy hop bite and juicy citrus.

Originally named after London market workers who popularized this brew, we dubbed our Porter with a nod to the majestic railway stretching from St. Paul to Seattle. Roasted malts offer up coffee notes leading to a slightly sweet, chocolatey finish. All aboard!

Pronounced “My bock.” As in “Keep your hands off my bock.”
This traditional German style earned the nickname “liquid bread” because it was brewed by monks to help them get through Lenten fasting. Moravian 37 malts and Czech Saaz hops give it a toasted sweetness with a little spice in the finish.

Summit Oatmeal Stout

A taste you won’t find everywhere.
While its cascading rich black color will be familiar to Stout enthusiasts, ours is decidedly different. It's made with naked oats from the UK, for one. Smooth and slightly sweet, with hints of coffee, caramel and chocolate. Sold only on draught in select places.
