Summit Ratskeller, Tours and Gift Shop Will Not Open To Public On June 1 — Temporary Closure Remains In Effect For The Time Being
While Minnesota Governor Walz announced on Wednesday, May 20 that bars and restaurants may open with outdoor seating with certain requirements in place starting June 1, Summit Brewing Company has made the decision to continue the temporary suspension of our Summit Ratskeller (beer hall), tours and gift shop to the public in any capacity for the time being.
We know many of you are itching to get out and about, and to come to the brewery to support us. We are grateful for all the calls and messages wondering when you can visit and grab a pint. We ask that you wait a bit longer. You can support us by supporting your liquor stores, bars and restaurants to the best of your ability while staying safe and respecting the guidelines in place at each establishment you visit. #SupportYourLocalPub To find Summit beer near you, visit our Beer Finder to help guide your way. www.summitbrewing.com/beer-finder
We’ve shared this before. We are a brewery first and foremost with a lean employee base. Therefore, our number one priority is our employees, facility and business. Our focus is protecting our employees’ health and well-being while we continue to brew and package our tasty, fresh and quality beers. We are thankful to all you thirsty Summit drinkers that are keeping our brewing and packaging teams consistently busy. We certainly appreciate being trusted as your dependable beer of choice during this time.
We are all in this together and the more we can support each other during this time the better. Be peaceful and kind. Be generous. Be supportive. Be Safe.
As always, thank you for being a loyal Summit supporter.
Skål!
