Our Brewers
Damian McConn
More than 20 years ago, Damian made the enlightened decision to leave the European brewing industry for the bright lights of Minnesota. "Damo" keeps a watchful eye on all of our brewing. He also routinely examines our beers to make sure they’re within specification.
Mike Lundell
Mike has worked in many roles at the brewery since 1996. A “Mike of all trades,” if you will. Currently he focuses his efforts on heading up research and development in our pilot brewery.
Randy Ust
Randy leads our production brewing team. Don't let his picture fool you, he's a pretty nice guy.
Kyle Cooper
Kyle's a fan an easy drinking hoppy pale ales. Growing up on the west coast and having a variety of West Coast style beers around me helped define my beer palate. He enjoys the blend of science and manual work involved in brewing. He got into brewing like a lot of people, started home brewing and hasn't stopped brewing since.
Alan Bisesi
Jordan Standish
Legend has it that one fateful night, a child was born with an EPA clutched in his tiny hand. This child was dubbed Jordan. As he grew so did his love for beer, music, motors, and anything outdoors. Due to his captivating and mysterious nature, he does not like to list favorites. However in terms of beer, EPA and Saga are right up there, in addition to many dark and smoked styles.
Riley Yawn-White
Some of Riley’s favorite things in life are making beer and making people smile, particularly making people smile by making them great beer! His favorite style is a classic Vienna Lager, the beer that made him realize there was more to the drink than just domestic lights. His favorite thing about being a brewer is the fact that it’s a constantly evolving field; there’s always something to learn about beer!
Steve Talarczyk
Meet Steve. Steve loves beer. He also prefers a good, hard day’s work doing something he loves with people who feel the same. Thankfully, the brewing industry blends these loves perfectly for Steve. And after one of those long hard work days Steve enjoys a cold, crisp Pilsner or Lager. He typically drinks this beverage while in the company of other like-minded individuals at the Ratskeller.
Mallory Woodle
Mallory’s favorite beer style has got to be a lager or a Pilsner. She loves anything light/medium bodied, crispy, and malty. One of her favorite things about being a brewer is the variety of work on a day-to-day basis. There is always something to do and learn!
Adam Krueger
One of Adam's favorite styles of beer is Marzen. He loves the creativity of brewing and the fun loving and passionate community of brewers and beer enthusiasts.
