Nialas NA Irish Dark is Coming to the Summit Ratskeller!

Calling all Non-Alcoholic fans, Sober October participants, and Summit Brewing lovers! Our Nialas Non-Alcoholic Irish Dark is set to arrive at the Summit Ratskeller Thursday!

Unlike most NA beers available, Nialas Non-Alcoholic isn’t brewed and then stripped of alcohol. Instead, both Nialas NA styles are brewed from start to finish with no inclusion of alcohol while retaining all the flavor profiles and body you can expect from a traditionally brewed beer but in a Non-Alcoholic package.

Speaking of flavor, our Nialas NA Irish Dark is packed full of flavor similar to any Irish dry stout you might find. While it isn’t as dark as most stouts, it draws a lot of similarities to most Irish stouts with its toasty mocha aroma. Then once you take your first sip you’ll notice bitter chocolate and dark fruit notes with a smooth molasses finish that’ll have you ordering another pint in no time.
