Hefe fans rejoice, Our Summit Hefeweizen has Returned!

After a long hiatus, our Hefeweizen is back, not just in our Ratskeller but everywhere! First introduced in 2002, the classic German wheat beer stole the hearts of beer lovers across the state and amassed a cult following. Year after year, people have asked us to bring it back, and after some reflection, we feel like the time is right to dust off the recipe book and brew this iconic beer style again. While it may have been gone for some time, we assure you all the iconic flavors and aromas of the beer you came to love are still there, from the lightly toasted and breadcrumb notes to those familiar aromas of banana and clove you come to expect in a Hefeweizen.

Summit Hefeweizen will be available on draft and in 12-oz. cans and on draft in the Summit Ratskeller.
