Feel Triumphant after Week One of the New Year

And just like that, 2022 is over. Looking back at the last year, we all had some great times. We shoveled a lot of snow, watched a lot of Twins baseball, ate nearly everything at the State Fair, shoveled more snow, and enjoyed plenty of great-tasting beer along the way. However, it’s that time of year when the holiday carbs and treats have caught up with us, and it’s time to jump on that “new year, new me” bandwagon. Here at Summit Brewing, we believe in celebrating any accomplishment and this is no different. The only question is how should you celebrate this accomplishment? Opening up a can of EPA or Saga? We would appreciate it but let’s be honest, it’s counterproductive. A glass of water? Pretty important but boring. A kale and quinoa smoothie (we’re pretty sure that’s a thing)? Healthy, but no thank you. How about a beer that’s low in carbs and cals, tastes like beer, and instead of some gimmicky landscape changing colors on the can, had something that was like motivational or affirming? Hopped in flavor, but not calories or carbs, Triumphant is a low-calorie, low-carb beer clocking in at 95 calories, 3.5g of carbs, and 4% ABV per 12oz serving. With tropical notes of pineapple, grapefruit, and apricot and balanced bitterness, this brew has all taste of a traditional IPA with a fraction of the ABV.
