Summit Ratskeller Guidelines

The Summit Ratskeller is available to non-profit groups (501c3) who demonstrate a commitment to the local community or have a direct impact on the brewing industry.

• All events require at least 30 days’ notice.
• Events may not exceed 150 people.
• Events may not last more than 3 hours and are limited to Monday, Tuesday or Wednesday evenings between the hours of 5 p.m. and 9 p.m.
• Tours may not be available during event hours.
• All requests are approved on a case-by-case and year-to-year basis.
