Eric is from Sheboygan, Wisconsin, which is famous for malting (and polka). He gave birth to Batch 04 in the Unchained Series, Belgian Style Golden Ale, while his wife was due with their first child. His other Unchained beers include Old 152 (Batch 10) and our new Hop Silo Double IPA (Batch 18).
