Mike started at Summit in 1996, initially working on the kegging and bottling lines and then in our fermentation cellar. Since he became a brewer in 2000, Mike has been the mastermind behind Unchained beers Another IPA, Black IPA and India Style Rye Ale. Talk about career advancement!
