Hidden in the cold ground in the dark of winter, lie little seeds of hope. So, to help hasten the spring thaw, we give you an ale bursting with the spicy goodness of malted rye and floral, citrusy hops. A “between seasons” seasonal, if you will.
Brewed in late Winter.
This beer comes out between Winter Ale and Maibock, offering a robust and refreshing flavor to break winter’s icy grip.
Pairs nicely with jerk chicken and pork, south Indian curry, pepper jack cheese and Irish Salmon.
Serve in a stemmed tulip glass at 44-48° F.
