Mini in calories. Bold in flavor.
All the taste of a traditional IPA with a fraction of the ABV, Summit’s Mini-Sotan IPA is hopped in flavor but not calories or carbs. This IPA features aromas of pineapple, grapefruit and apricot finishing with flavors of biscuits, breadcrust and sweet citrus. While some beers can fill you up quickly, at just 99 calories, 3.5g of carbs and an ABV of 4%, the Mini-Sotan IPA was created specifically to complement the over-indulging, not keep you from it. It’s also the perfect thirst-quencher for those dog days of summer. The Mini-Sotan IPA will be available for a limited time during the Minnesota State Fair, August 22 – September 2 at the Summit on a Stick booth and Shanghaied Henri’s in the International Bazaar.
For the past few years, Summit has been looking to the people – the Internet people to be exact – to help name our State Fair exclusive. This year’s winner, Seth Brantner from Rochester, Minn., was chosen from more than 200+ entries. The name is meant to encapsulate the beer’s low-calories, carbs & ABV as well as it’s birthplace.
